Cisco Partner Talent Portal Strategic Recruitment Solution

Welcome and once again congratulations on being selected to participate in this special Pilot offer. By now you should be somewhat familiar with the “Strategic Recruitment Solution” (SRS) offer based on receiving our initial email invitation.

The “Strategic Recruitment Solution” offer will provide you with a supplemental pipeline of talent and recruitment solutions. Cisco has secured FAVORABLE pricing to help you meet your talent acquisition goals. The SRS offer will provide you with access to qualified candidates via a variety of hiring options based on a preferred pricing structure. Cisco has partnered with Horizon Resources to develop a special solution for you.

What does “Strategic Recruitment Solution” provide?

You will be offered a favorable range of pricing based upon your chosen hiring option and preferred pricing structure. The following three hiring options will be made available: 1) contract, 2) contract to hire and 3) direct hire. The recruitment solution will be based on a contingency strategy. You will pay a fee for the service only once placement has been made into your company.

You will be able to hire candidates via the “Direct” model with the following fee ranges:

  • 12% of an employee’s annual salary for Associate level
  • 15% of an employee’s annual salary for Professional level
  • 18% of an employee’s annual salary for Expert level

The above fee ranges provide you with significant cost savings as the typical industry standard is at a 20-25% fee rate.

In addition to a direct hiring solution, “Contract” and “Contract to Hire” solutions are also being offered. Bill rates will be negotiated on an individual basis. Once a contractor bills 6 months or more (1040 hours), you may hire them with no conversion fee. Prior to that, there will be a pro-rated conversion fee based on the discounted Direct Hire fees.

  • 0 – 520 hours = 100% of the Direct Hire Fee
  • 521 – 1040 = 50 % of the Direct Hire Fee
  • 1041+ = no Fee
